Best Fitness for Ladies

I love this gym. For the first time I've found a place that seems to genuinely care about it's members. It's not the biggest gym in the area, but you certainly get more than you pay for. It's kind of like the Cheers(gym). It's a place where everyone knows your name. So if you like to get lost in your step class or have no one notice when you don't show up, then this isn't the place for you.

They have great classes that they offer with your membership. They call them mini-sessions even though one instructor has been known to do a 40 minute step class. I've seen women here from their teens to over 70, and everyone still seems to be having fun. I joined when they first opened and am still a member.

I joined mainly because it was for women only. I have been at other womens' gyms like Curves and they just didn't offer enough variety or cardio. So after the first few months with them I stopped going. But here at Slim and Tone there is always something different or new happening. This is their only location in Chester, but don't let that deter you. It's well worth the ride ...

• Pros: Good classes, Variety, very motivating. it's close to Wal-Mart:)
• Cons: Only one location.
