Failed to Remove Stains

I took a dress and a pair of pants to Park's with dirt stains on both garments. When we got the garments back, it didn't look like they had been cleaned AT ALL. The stains were not even slightly faded from when we dropped off the garments. I will never use this cleaner again.
Cons: Terrible cleaning
