This is undoubtedly one to avoid.I cannot stress how bad my experience with this salon has been. I spent $245 dollars on highlights and color which reduced me to tears. The colors were ghastly and nothing like she discussed in our previous consultation, or the pictures that she and I consulted. Over the weekend I was so distraught that I called up (which took a lot of bravery I might add) and asked if we could work together to improve it, as I was incredibly unhappy and didn't want to go out in public. That 2nd appointment was today at 3.30. She was curt, yet polite and the two of us discussed how I was unhappy, but all the time she kept insisting that I was wrong. Then,a regional manager, just 'happened' to be in the area and started smugly watching on as we talked, her face about 3 inches from mine, which was incredibly intimidating. The stylist suggested I was wrong and tried to tell me that she had done exactly as I asked, I disagreed & explained that I was v unhappy, but thought we could resolve the problem. Then a very aggressive male stylist, (who later claimed to be the manager) stopped what he was doing mid hair cut on a client and put his HAND and his FACE in mine, demanded I leave the store, said he was calling the police and there was nothing he or they could do for me. I was incredulous, I told him that I felt that the salon had no interest in customer service or maintaining the satisfaction of its clients and that to put me on 'trial' between three people who all work together, and were surrounding my chair, was an absolute disgrace. It had taken a lot of guts for me to go in there and to put my trust in his employee to help me rectify the problem. Not once did anyone apologize for my experiences with the salon, nor did they even offer the ubiquitous line ' we want everyone of our clients to be happy and to keep coming back' it seems they are blatant in their disregard for their paying customers.
Pros: only thing going for it is massaging chairs at the sinks
Cons: aggressive staff, unwilling to rectify mistakes, no customer service, threatening staff, very pricey
