Didn't know what to expect or how the treatment worked - Dr. Etka and staff and educational posters provided me with all the answers. My initial pain is gone.I am more aware of my posture, regaining flexibility, and my stress is reduced.
Pros: on time, flexible, informative

Your office is friendly and professional. Very caring and compassionate. Don't change anything, you're fabulous. I am more flexible and sleep better than ever before. I feel great and the numbness in my hand and wrist is gone.

Va wellness is very efficient. They have good walkthrough and communication of processes to help patients learn. The treatments have really helped. I have gotten great feedback on any questions that I have. My pain is greatly reduced. I have more flexibilty and more range of motion.

I love to work in my yard, but the pain in my neck and knees has made it impossible. I have been coming to va wellness for about a month andlast week I worked in my yard for hours and the pain was not overwhelming. I felt great!

Since I have been coming to Va Wellness, I have only taken two aspirin. At the beginning of this program, I was taking all types of medication to relieve the pain. There was pain and stiffness in my all over myy back, neck and arms. I am thankful for the program the Dr Etka set me up on. For me, I now see and feel improvement with my work and everyday life. I am looking forward to the nexty stages of my treatment and no more medicine. Thank you Dr Etka and staff. May God bles you all.

I came in with intense neck pain and tension in my shoulders. Within a few weeks, I feel fantastic. I drive to phillie and back in a day w/out any pain. Usually my neck and shoulders are tight, but now I feel great.

I'm feeling great! After my last adjustment, my neck is loose and my back is more flexible. I feel llike I'm paying more attention to my posture, and I want to stand up straight and tall! I love the massage of sore muscles that comes with each adjustment. Thanks for listening Dr. Etka !

Prior to chiropractic care, I had frquent palpitations. Now, I have little to none. As my back and neck pain is decreasing with chiropractic care, my activity level and ability to play with my children is increasing. Thanks to the staff at virginia wellness.

My first appointment was pretty good in that they provided me with great information on spinal health, they took x-rays (of which they did not cover the remaining parts of my body with those iron-clad vests; which basically left me exposed to unecessary radiation) gave me a lower back massage with muscle relaxing gel and gave me a very minor adjustment to my neck. I rescheduled my appointment to review my x-rays and to obtain a more comprehensive adjustment on the following Tuesday. After reviewing the x-rays, we sat down and the doc went over how much my treatment was going to be. Over the course of the year, he wanted me to pay $2700, which of course he said I could break up into payments. After he gave me that quote, he asked me if I thought that my insurance would be taking care of the bill. And I explained to him that yes, I thought insurance would be taking care of most of it. Well, the doc said that if he took my insurance, he would only be left with about $5 which wouldn't even cover the cost of lighting the office. Again, I reiterated that I had insurance and that I could have 30 visits per year and pay $25 per visit. He said that he didn't take my insurance. To which I said to him that I wouldn't have even come into his office if his website didn't state that he took my insurance. Then the doc said that he has been trying to get them to change the website; and perhaps the other two docs in his group would take my insurance. So, then I said to him that I even called to confirm when I made my appointment that he took my insurance. Then I said to him, "We just wasted a whole lot of time here -- your time and my time." And then the doc said, "yes, and I'm sorry -- no bad blod right?" And that's when I left. Please be careful with the Virginia Wellness Center -- it is truly a ripoff and a Bait and Switch operation in the purest form.
Pros: friendly staff; easy to set an appointment
Cons: bait and switch operation; they really don't take insurance when they say they do
