I've been to this spa quite a few times in the past few years because I like the owner. She is a one-woman show. The rest of the staff is generally unprofessional. I've scheduled appointments and had them canceled at least four times (or they have no record of it). Once I tried to schedule a bikini wax, which any other spa would handle with discretion, and the lady taking the appointment had me on speaker phone and refused to speak to me off of speaker phone. The walls are pretty flimsy, too, which makes spa treatments a little less than relaxing. You can hear people walking around and talking while you're getting a massage or a facial.
Pros: They have good deals
Cons: The staff can be rude/unhelpful
