More » Definitely not abiding by all rules and regulations of the Landord Tenent Act of Va. The lease states the the HEAT should be turned on on or around Oct. 13, It was not turned on for over a month later. It was turned on the first day it went below 33 degrees, then SHUT OFF the next. There are children and elderly persons residing there. This is a yearly practice! Maintenance requests are constantly reported as completed but are not. Management is structured so no one is accountable, therefore getting timely results from maintenence is impossible. What happened to genuienly caring about people? [
