Live close by, been more times than I'd like. VERY unenthusiastic cries of "Welcome to Moes" will greet any fool who dares enter this place. Once, the zombie/robot with the tie-dye shirt on behind the counter was so high, he started slopping down rice and beans directly on the aluminum foil, without putting down a tortilla shell first. That was the worst service I've had there, but only by a little bit. Typical portions are a tiny bit of meat, tons of rice, tons of beans. They have 4 kinds of salsa, but they're all the same kind of terrible. Quesadillas have almost no cheese in them. I give it 2 stars because 2 stars is average, and that describes the flavor of the food well. Is it a step up from Taco Bell? Well... Maybe. Go to Qdoba if you want crappy semi-fast burrito type food. If you don't like Qdoba, this place is way worse, so avoid it at all costs. If you want good Mexican, go to Mexico (the restaurant).
Pros: It's never been proven to be poisonous
Cons: Busy, cramped, loud, bad food.
