I don't live in this building but live in another owned by River City. roof caved in. leak "fixed" twice and still leaking and molding. cannot contact anyone in person. their phone # only gives voicemailboxes. if you sound like a prospective renter, they call back, otherwise you never hear back. they never reply to emails. they upped my rent without telling me and outright lied about it when i asked them. maintenance men stole money from my apt. they've been taken to court several times. someone else complained about falling from a broken fireescape that was never repaired even though they called about it. rodents and maggots living on balconies in trash.
Pros: cheap, but not safe
Cons: unsafe, unsanitary, dont care about renters, impossible to contact
