This has to be the best salon in the 804 area code. The stylist was very nice and knowledgible about my hair. I thought that I would be in there for 5 hours because of all the talk I have heard. I was in for 2 hours max and my appointment started on time. I just could not believe how healthy my hair feels. My fiance' is just loving my hair. I have recommended all my co-workers and received a referral incentive for each person. Please post this response on the web cause this place is the best!
Pros: Private, nice atmosphere, friendly and very excellent staff with outstanding service
Cons: I wish she had more salons throughout Richmond
