HUGE portions, lotsa fat

by luvtodineandtravel at Citysearch

This place is just down the street from me. I just moved here, and people raved about these in FLorida. They are great. They are SUPER fattening. I dont think I have ever seen more grease (its more than Mickey D's), but the fries and onion rings are great. I had a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was 3 times the size of the bun. My family all had burgers that they loved. If you like caesar dressing, and are picky about it- its not for you. The caesar dressing is so-so, at best. of course, who goes to a burger joint for a salad? not many.... enjoy!

  • Pros: burgers, fries, kiddie meals
  • Cons: service, caesar dressing

A throwback to the 1950s, this restaurant offers huge burgers and more than 50 flavors of shakes.

by Christina Thornell at Citysearch

In Short
The family-friendly chain, with its blue and metallic furniture and bright-pink neon lights, has a clear retro spark. The hamburgers range from 5.5 to 20 ounces; completion of the latter will get the customer's picture displayed on the wall next to other "Wall of Famers." Burgers and sandwiches can be crowned with any of the 20 different toppings and a variety of cheeses. The 56 shake flavors include chocolate, watermelon, peanut butter and more.

Great Place to Eat!

by jamie_3 at Citysearch

I found this site on the internet and decided to take my wife here while in Richmond. The food was great with healthy portions and the staff was friendly and fast! I wish we had one in Eastern KY.

  • Pros: NIce 50's atmosphere
  • Cons: A couple of flys in the resturant (this was the only draw back.

Fun night out

by brits_abroad at Citysearch

Cheeburger Cheeburger could be one of those places you always pass, but never visit - but that would be a mistake! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here, the service was down-to-earth, astonishingly quick and friendly. The food was surprisingly good, with great choice and huge servings. The atmosphere was great fun and I can honestly say that their chocolate milkshake was the best I've ever tasted! We'll definitely be going back, its a fun place for couple, friends and family.

  • Pros: Great food, attentive to good service for happy customers

Bring the Kids ! ! !

by clc30 at Citysearch

The Kids will love the "boxes" their Burgers come in. They are in the shapes of "Classic" Cars, from the '50's. Great food, affordably priced. Fun atmosphere. It has a warm "Mom and Pop" feel, that you don't find in many "franchises". If you are looking for a "fun" way to end your day, or something to make the kids day. Go here and enjoy ! ! !

Great for a Date or Families!

by hardtopleasefoodcritic at Citysearch

Cheeburger Cheeburger is a great place to take a date or your family. With the 50's atmosphere, huge portions of food and reasonable prices, it makes it a great place to eat! Unlimited toppings and several types of cheeses to choose from! Big baskets of onion rings and fries that are to die for. My coworkers and I go here for lunch and I recommend it for everyone!

  • Pros: Huge portions, Reasonable Prices, family atmosphere
