i will never eat at chanellos again. the service was horrible. i was put on hold for ten minutes. and when the person actually answered the phone they took my order. i waited three hours to get my food delivered and when i got my food not only was it cold it was wrong. i understand they may be busy or evan short staffed but a three hour wait is to long. by the time i called back they said they were closed. the delivery driver was rude i ordered a second time because i did like there food but the second time i found my subs wrong and cold. i thought it was very very rude and i will never eat there again

Chanello's has excellent pizza! I find myself constantly making phones to the manager to tell him how poorly my order was followed. It gets frustrating becuase its so unprofessional. So what do you do? Eat somewhere where the food is horrible, but the service is great, or eat somewhere where the food is awesome, but the service is some of the worst that you've ever seen?
Pros: Great food
Cons: Follow instructions poorly; the service is bad

Dont let the competition fool you. Chanello's food is out of this world. The service could be a little better, but the pizza more than makes up for it. If you ever want to have the best white pizza , this is the place to go! I hope your experience at Chanello's was as good as mine.

The pizza tasted like the box...The wings were the worst I've ever had. Watch out for the different prices for a pizza. The neon sign on the door said 6.99 for a large, but the call in pick up price was 11.25. Free delivery is also advertised, but when a pizza costs about $4 more if it's delivered it's not free.
Cons: Gross Wings, Gross Pizza, Price Differences

The small Chanello's Pizza is PERFECT for one person. I hate having to freeze the leftovers or reheat the next day. With Chanello's delightfully good pizza I don't have to. There toppings have individual flavor and they also include dipping sauce that is terrific. Delivery is usually quick and I get exactly what I order. No problems, just great pizza at home!
Pros: Variety of sizes, Delivery, High quality
