The owner worked with me to find the best hair color treatment and I am VERY happy! Also had great updos!

I highly recommend Slip Salon as a full service spa. I am a frequent client of hair and spa services and have always enjoyed superb customer service and attention. As soon as I enter this facility I immediately fall into a mode of relaxation. I rarely have to wait beyond my appointment time and I'm always welcomed with open arms by the staff. The staff is truly customer centered; consistently in tune with my needs and comfort. Do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Slip Salon.

Our family flew into Richmond to give my mom a special birthday at a spa. We had a very poor experience. I had scheduled an hour deep tissue massage for $100. The massage I received was 40 minutes and was a Swedish massage instead of the more expensive deep-tissue massage I had paid for. Several members of our group signed up for a spa package and ended up with long wait times in between treatments and shortened, rushed treatments. We had treatments scheduled back to back but ended up with more time in the uncomfortable waiting area than we did getting pampered. I have been to spas many times in many places around the world and this was my worst experience ever. The tip is included in the price so the staff doesn't feel the need to provide good service. I would definately not recommend this spa. I have had better experiences at massage schools.
Pros: Cute salon
Cons: Rip off; can't stick to a schedule
