I have been coming to Les and Company for years! They always do such a wonderful job and they have a very nice waiting area. Les is so nice and I got my hair done, color, cut, and style for around 95.00 and I have very long, thick, hair. I have also found it is one of the cheapest places to take my kids for a cut! Great staff, great place!!

poor customer service

I was a customer of this salon for 18 years, until recently. I think the main problem with this salon is that they overbook their stylists to the point where you are kept waiting for a very long time for your appointment. The last straw for me was making an appointment for my usual stylist (to do a color), being kept waiting, and then instead of doing my hair, he handed me off to a new girl who wasn't busy. I wasn't asked if I minded, I was just told she was going to do my hair. I let her and she did an ok job (but not as good as usual). My problem with this was I wanted the person I made the appointment with, and felt like my business didn't matter to them. This was not the first incident, but it was the last. The prices are rather expensive, and if I'm going to pay that much then I want to be treated better. The owner seems to care more about his constant redecorating of the salon than satisfying his long time customers. The salon does look very nice.
