I received the Princess package to Ava's as a gift from mu husband. I called and made an appointment as well as my sister and best friend. When we arrived we were immediately rushed and treated as though we were inconveniening the staff. My pedicure was unprofessional and painful. I received long cuts on my feet which I had to monitor for infection.My paraffin treatment was completely omitted and was given a tiny bottle of lotion for compensation. My manicure lasted approximately 10 minutes so you can imagine how my nails looked. My massage was less than the hour advertised and we were rushed through lunch, which was only a salad. My entire package was to last 5 1/2 to 6 hours and I was out within 4 hours. The rudeness of the staff topped off my visit and I will never return again. This "relaxing and enjoyable" experience cost my husband $303.00 and I would say he paid at least triple the cost of what it was worth.
Pros: The massage was great while it lasted.
Cons: The entire experience was rushed and the staff very rude.
