A different kind of Indian

Well, it's not the usual Indian food I'm used to. I like my curry yellow and this was red without any curry flavoring. I cant say the food was bad, but I was just expecting something different. The lunch buffet wasnt fresh because it had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. Arrogant service makes these experiences even worse.
