I must say I absolutely did not want a dress from David's Bridal. Lo and behold the procrastinator I am, with time not my friend, I needed a dress soon. I wanted an instant gratification. To make a long story short I settled going there just to see what I can find. It was prom season so it was packed with other people. The racks and racks of dresses actually discouraged me, I was overwhelmed. However, with three friends in-tow, we pulled 5 dresses. Found the perfect one. With my friends along, I didnt even notice the weak customer service I received. The consultant had other customers, so it was not personal what-so-ever. However, brought the dress. Came back to pick up dress and try on for my mother. I had the same consultant, customer service was weak again. Another consultant was absolutely rude to me and my sister in front of my consultant, didnt receive an apology for her co-worker's rudeness. All in all, I hated the experience, love the dress. Got my bridal party dresses elsewhere. Getting my alternations done elsewhere as well. I would not suggest this store to anyone!

I had purchased my prom dress here awhile ago and the staff was rude and did not offer any help to me what-so-ever. I had to pratically beg the staff to get me shoes or help me. It was awful. The only good thing about the store was the alterations department. Well, now i am a maid of honor for my best friends wedding and here i am again at this horrible store! She has already picked out her dress and came for alterations once before. Now, we went back for the maids and flower girl dresses. The staff did not greet us nor offer help in any way! They did not even care to acknowledge us! After picking so many dresses that ended up seeming so cheaply made, we decided to find another place to shop! The staff was so unwilling to help us. I swear when I am the bride-to-be, David's Bridal will be the last place i will shop!

Pros: not crowded but then again they are horrible at service!, alterations

Cons: selection, prices, service, staff, atmosphere, trends, designers

I was not at all impressed with David's Bridal. My friend and I took some dresses in a changing room and were trying them on when we were pulled aside and literally yelled at for trying on gowns without registering. The dressing rooms are not locked so this policy makes no sense and no other bridal stores have this policy that I have encountered. Furthermore, the dresses are really not much of a bargain, especially considering the poor quality. Stay away and give your business to a privately owned store and enjoy the personal service rather than shopping at the "walmart" of the bridal industry!

Pros: if you like cheap quality

Cons: poor atmosphere and staff

David's has everything needed clothing and accesory-wise for your wedding. Gown's are available from $250 up into the lower $ 1,000 range. Shoes (dying service available free of charge w/purchase) Bridesmaids dresses, Mother of Bride/Groom dresses available, all reasonably priced. It's fun to check out the clearance racks. There is also an After Hours Tuxedo place attached to this particular Davids Bridal. So it is indeed one stop shopping. Knowledgable Bridal consultants. I do recommend appointments. Although yes, not necessary. Their Busiest time of year is what is known as "Bridal Christmas" When most folks are returning things they received for Christmas on the 26th of December. David's Bridal is catering to all the "new blushing brides" who have been proposed to over the holidays. The Weekends can be very 'hectic' So an appointment would be best. All sales are "final"

Pros: Alterations department is Wonderful

Cons: Busy atmosphere, especially on the weekends even w/ appt you will probably have a wait.
