I lived in Holiday most of my life. The rent is extremely reasonable in comparison to other mobile home parks in the area, the management is nice, the location is convenient to major highways- you can get to anywhere in the Richmond metro area within 20 minutes of the community- and it is a quiet, well-established neighborhood. If you have to buy a trailer I would HIGHLY recommend moving into Holiday Mobile Home Park.

Pros: Quiet, Inexpensive, Convenient

Cons: Area has bad rep, Upkeep not good, Slow trash pick-up
