User Reviews for Gayton Animal Hospital

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

Being on a tight budget - the Veterinarians at Gayton were great in helping us figure out where our money was best spent on our pet for the time being. They are very sweet with the animals and are very courteous to customers. I have moved around a lot and have switched my pet's doctor's many times and these people BY FAR are the best I have ever come across. Tell them what you are looking for, financially and in your pet's treatment - they will work with you until a good solution has been reached. Don't miss out on these people. :-) Dr. O'Sullivan is amazing - very sweet woman.

Pros: People, Atmosphere, Service, Care for Pets, EVERYTHING

Cons: None

We've been living in Richmond for over 23 years and have moved to different locations in the area. We've always taken our pets to Gayton Animal Hospital. Drs. Moon & Dugan have always treated our pets as part of the family. They always listen to what we want and make appropriate suggestions for our pet's care. We highly recommend Gayton Animal Hospital for the care of pets.

Pros: Highly trained Veterinarian

Cons: none

Most of the vets these days are looking to make money. So, they want to do alot of unnecessary tests, procedures that are costly and painful. They seem to avoid tests that are necessary, cost little and are easy. The receptionists like creating drama for clients and the doctors seem to feed right into it. Its too bad, they are a clean, well maintained office. Good Luck.

Pros: Dr Dugan

Cons: Everything Else
