Great service

Great service. Called them at 7:25 am, at 7:30 am we were picked up. Used same company 4 times, with 4 different drivers. All were very polite, and got you where I wanted to go. Not a big company, apparently, so they will always know if they can take the fare or not, and tell you so, rather than take your order and just forget it.

The worst service ever.

The worst Customer Service on the planet. I called them ( 804-353-5000 ) Saturday, Feb. 17, at approx. 9.10PM. There is to wait only 15-20 minutes. After letting us wait for an hour, we called back.

A gentleman answered and started using the worst vocabulary possible by starting calling me names, and then hung up. I would not suggest their service to anybody.
