I took my dog there a few days ago for daycare and end up with a vet bill, the staff didn't seem to know anything about dogs, the open play groups or "community play" as they put it, is a great idea but a bad one when you don't have a staff that is dog knowledgeable. It was very dirty as well, when looking into the rooms they had urine everywhere.

Very dirty and broken down looking, unprofessional/bad customer service. I've also heard from other customers they have had very bad injuries to dogs and illnesses due to unclean kennel environments. I'm looking forward to seeing the new West Chester Pet Resort Kennel opening in spring.

Dogservices is by far one of the best kennels in Virginia. I have 3 dogs, and have been bringing them to Dogservices for about 8 years and would never go anywhere else. The staff really controls which dogs play together (5-10) instead of throwing 25 dogs out in a yard together. Not only do they board dogs, but my dogs get their spa day once a month, and training sessions while @ daycare. I used to take my dogs to a kennel on Three Chopt, and the facilities are like night and day. Hands down I would choose Dogservices b/c of cleanliness, staff, organization and safty precations. The staff is EXTREMELY knowlegable, certified in pet first aid and very friendly. Whenever I walk in, I feel like my dogs are their favorites. Someone is in the building 24 hours a day, and the facility is very clean. I 100% recommend DOGSERVICES for all your dog needs.
