Telephone plans and Customer Service is awful

I am a former Comcast customer (Happily So) Their Customer Service Department is rude and not helpful. (I guess that it why you see help wanted ads weekly in the paper). There packages are very expensive and there tech support is awful!!!!!! I researched other telephone services and found Vontage and Cavalier to be so much better with there plans and services. I would highly recommend anyone to look into both of these companies before ever deciding to go to Comcast....
Pros: Rude Customer Service and Expensive telephone plans
