Great Steak with NYC standards

Great Steak! Even by NYC standards. I have eaten at Peter Luger's to BLT Steak and they are up there with the best of them. The Steak had a great crispy outside while cooked perfect in the center. Keep it up so i have great steak to eat when i come back to Richmond!
