Over the years I have bought quite alot of things and spent quite a bit of money at this unfinished furniture location. I was always pleased. However, a few weeks ago, I purchased a compuetr desk, it would not fit in my acr and I had to have someone pick it up for me. I live about 45 miles away, so my daughter was coming to town on a Friday morning to have her hair done and offered to pick it up for me. I called the store and informed the woman that my daughter was in route to pick up the piece of furniture on her was to a hair appointment at 11:00. When my daughter pulled up and stepped inside the store she was met my a very rude woman, that said "I thought you were coming after having your hair done, and it is obvious you have mnot had that done yet. That was not only Rude but insulting, and by the way, when I went to purchase the desk there was a woman rude to me also, So I have NO DOUBT, it is the same person. ALthough I like their furniture, I will not shop there in the future because of this customer service.
