No lies, these guys really are the best in town. I've shopped around, enigma, lucky 13, river city, nothing tops creative designs. The tattoos that I've gotten have been exceptional. I used to go to Tripp, now Paul tattoos me, my daughter, and my husband. I've lived in richmond for 50 years, I've seen other shops come and go, this one has stayed around for a reason. Why should I waste my time going anywhere else when I know for a fact that this studio will always stay in business, they keep you coming back for more.
Pros: exceptional tattoo artists
Cons: may have to book an appointment
