I guess some customers may be satisfied with the service at this shop, but I'm not one of them. My shih-tzu has been here several times, and she will not be coming back. I have never been satisfied with the quality of her grooming. The last time I brought her, I could not believe how horrible she looked when I picked her up. It was the worst haircut I have ever seen! The employee who waited on me was very impolite, and did not seem concerned about anything I had to say. If I had seen my dog before I paid for the grooming, I would not have paid at all. Beside the fact that the haircut was obviously done by an incapable groomer, my dog's ears were still dirty, and her toenails were not clipped. Her private area and stomach were clipped too close, and the skin was red and irritated. This shop needs better quality control.
