Don't expect to pay what is on the website. I went there a few weeks ago and was charged more for a haircut and color than what is in the brochure and on the website. I don't have really long hair its shoulder length, and it didn't have any color on it prior to, so I'm not sure what caused the price to be more, and felt mislead.

I am Sorry for your confusion.It is stated that virgin color application is more than a touchup
and our prices have changed very slightly since two years ago when we listed them on our web site. Yes we do charge $5.00 extra for shoulder length and longer.
On your color, we charge charge less for a touchup
then we do for a first time(virgin) application.
I believe that is on the website.
The first time you do color it is slightly more
than a touchup as you use more color product and it takes more time to apply.
I am sorry that it was not clear.There are so very many different color techniques and different pricings for each. If you are budgeting
your salon service no matter where you go, always
discuss price first.
We rely on feedback from our customers and thank you for taking the time to write. It would have
been fine for you to address this while in the salon. If you feel that you were overcharged,please come in for a refund.
