Their scheduling is severely flawed. Appointments are confirmed 2 days ahead only to be given away by day of appt. in spite of the fact I arrived on time for my appt. In less than 24 hours my appt which had been confirmed by Nesbit just hours earlier had been deleted, given to someone else who was already in the chair by the time I arrived on time for my appt. No accomodations were offered to amend the mix up which was their mistake. They offered a cut with another salonist who did the cut but wanted to send me to someone else for the blow dry and style. This is totally unacceptable. Nesbit then had the audacity to charge for the appt.
