Let's face it, the building is a shack. The service SUCKS! No jacket is required. In fact, no shoes are required, either. But the food and wine are delicious! There's nothing pretentious about this place. Feel free to be yourself. Scream if you like. You'll mingle with professionals as well as street urchins in this establishment. It's FANTASTIC!

Pros: yummy food, yummy wine
