What happened to Saigon?!

Saigon USED to be my favorite restaurant in Richmond. I managed to find some time during each week to pick up takeout and was always satisfied. Recently the ownership/management changed, as did their menu and it all went South from there. Anymore, I'll just eek out my own version of their formerly delightful meals at home. Worth a try if you like Vietnamese, but revel in the fact that it USED to be way better.
Pros: Delightful staff, many choices, good location
Cons: It isn't as good as it used to be
