I was disturbed that it took 3 of their movers plus several of our friends to complete the job in as much time as it did. hard workers!. the two boys who moved my furniture worked really, really hard. i'm not going to complain because i feel that my complaints were actually my own fault. i didn't realize how much furniture and stuff i had - plus, they moved everything upstairs, in the pouring rain. i should have suggested three or more movers instead of just two. those poor kids worked incredibly hard. i would say that next time i'll ask for three or four helpers, except that i'm never moving again.…
Great guys. My movers were very careful, strong and friendly. I would have them again. But when it comes to my wood bedroom furniture, I think I would prefer a higher level of carefulness. As I've cleaned my wood furniture I've noticed small marks here and there, possibly from the straps. Again I don't necessarily fault my movers, it's just that I have a few pieces that I want handled very carefully. The price was good. I love the stress free cancellation policy. I could have been a little more ready on my end, but that because of the situation I was in when I was trying to pack for the move. Again my guys were great.…
