Of all the hair and day spa's around totally avoid this one! The staff ( except the girls in the back) is rude and snobby, and self centered. I couldnt get over how the owner was treating her staff. Talking down to the young receptionist, and scolding her like a dog.When she forget to book my last appointment. IT WAS A MISTAKE! She must have had a bad childhood,or deep personal issues, and is now taking it out on her staff! If you feel like going to a salon where all you hear is gossip and bitching, be my guest!
Pros: Ok atmosphere
Cons: OWNER WAS SO RUDE SNOB!

I made an appointment for my daughter & I to have a day at the Spa for her birthday, however, my daughters newborn daughter was rushed to the hospital and had a three day stay, needless to say I had to call & cancel the appointments, which I did 24 hours in advance. I cannot remember having anyone be so rude to me in my entire life. If these people are as rude in person as they are on the telephone, it is definately a establishment you DO NOT want to go to.
