rip off. Should have looked into this company before paying $99.00 to have them come out to and tell me he had to order a part for my dryer that would take two weeks to arrive. He called me the next day to give me another phone number for another company! Called me 2 hours later to inform me he couldn't get the part for my refrigerator when I called him about a dryer.
