The service rep, Mike Halleran, was extremely courteous and solicitous. I live 3 miles from Wilkie Lexus and have never been satisfied with their service. I work in Princeton and will go to Lawrenceville Lexus in the future. It was a far superior experience.

The most outstanding customer service. Scott was an excellent sales man. We went into the dealership knowing the car we wanted and the price we wanted to spend. He was able to make it happen for us and we know it wasn't easy. We would absolutely use him again in the future!

Today I took my car in to see what was wrong with my car, I was greeted by Tara Hollowell the Assistant Service Manager. She always has a great attitude, courteous, and gives service with a smile. This is the kind of customer service that I like to receive from Lexus and she delivers every time, she should be commended. She took down all the information, gave me a loaner car and called me when it was done as always. I have had my Lexus for a number of years and it still rides like new.

Kevin is a great salesman. He keeps in touch with you and he follows up well. I purchased my last 2 vehicles from him and everything ran smoothly, he understands what customer service is all about.

Delivery promises are kept and Kevin makes the entire car buying experience enjoyable (which is unusual when buying a car).

The service department has always been good to me and it's easy to make an appointment, get a loaner car, have your service done and pick up your car as promised. So far I have been lucky in this area too.
