Service needs help.
My window experience started off awesome. My sales guy was great and then the windows came. The screens were messed up and there were a few other problems. I was turned over to someone else for
the "service" issues and had the worst experience I've ever encountered.
I could not believe how I was spoken to, and later learned that was the owner of the company! His customer service skills are non existant and that is not how I would run a compnay that is service driven!
In the end, the windows are they way they should have been but the service was not worth the price. I would rather pay more than to be treated like I was.…
Windows. Contractors were on time, pleasant and efficient. Very happy with my new windows and the professionalism of this company.
Service. Great guys and very professional. They worked very well around my needs and cleaned up nicely.
Easy install. I had one of my windows replaced this week and it looks good! I am definately thinking about replacing the rest now that I've seen how easy it was to replace.

I just wanted to drop a note about Elite Window Solutions. They did a lovely job. When they left everything was completely cleaned up and vacuumed. Each one of the young men who installed our job
were polite and courteous. They were careful to shut doors behind them, even though it would have been easier to just walk on through and get it on their return trip. As ambassadors of Elite, they excell! The salesman was wonderful. I have worked on a sales team myself and he would have fit in beautifully. I would also like to commend Niki for tracking down my missing window and seeing that it got to Richmond ASAP so we could get the installation done sooner than expected.
It would appear that Elite has the gift of finding and hiring the best. I will be continuing to replace doors and windows in this old farmhouse. All the work will be done by Elite. ...Annette…
