Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. In 4 days our room was not cleaned after directly speaking with housekeeping about the problem. We switched rooms which was very inconvenient.

In case anyone gets confused like I was, the sink stoppers are opened/closed by pushing down on them.

Watch for hair in the beds at check in. The front desk staff gave us a new room immediately but still should have been done right to begin with.

Breakfast is wonderful. The coffee is compatible to Starbucks. Very hip hotel with money left over to go shopping.

The swimming pool is closed indefinitely, which was the only reason we came here. Very disappointing.

Beware their pet fee. Didn't reference it when making the reservation, even though I said I was bringing a dog, and then tried to charge me $100.
