Will use their services again My husband left our laptop open one evening and the cat knocked over the candles and wax poured onto the keys. After that it would not start up. We picked Secure Data Recovery Services and sent our pc out to them for repair and a laptop data recovery. We received our laptop back one week later with everything working extremely well with no issues. The bill was not extreme and we would definitely use their services again

It’s funny how when a system works great you do not give it a thought, but then when it goes haywire it is the only thing you think about. A family of mice decided of all places in the building that the RAID server was the perfect home. They ate through wires causing the server to shut down. We hired Secure Data Recovery Services to do a RAID 0+1 Data Recovery. They replaced the necessary wires and got everything working properly in a short period of time. The mice have now moved!! Thanks for everything!

Thank you for being a fair and reasonable company with ethic. My hard drive was making a weird spinning sound at first when I turned on my pc. After an hour or so it got much worse and made more of a grinding noise. I shut it off and called around for the best price to repair it. Secure Data Recovery Services was the winner! They did a hard drive recovery and placed all of my data on a new hard drive. It was even affordable and not like some of those computer repair people who suck the life out of you! Their services were astonishingr. We were in need of a RAID 0 data recovery by experts with emergency services. One hard drive failed and all the data in the array was lost. They are now the only company we call for any type of repair. We needed an EMERGENCY RAID 0 Data Recovery. I called numerous businesses and inquired who they used and 3 out of 4 companies told me to call Secure Data Recovery Services Recovery. They arrived within 30 minutes and removed our RAID system and brought it to their building to fix. One of the hard drives was corrupted. They imaged the information onto a new drive and restoration was 100% back to normal. I am very glad the other businesses knew who to call in this type of situation. The allotted time from beginning to end was only 2 hours! And the price was amazing. They are now the only company we call for any type of repair. Thanks

Thank you for a superb job. Our RAID 4 server was having issues and our technicians defragged the system and made it far worse than what it was. Secure Data Recovery Services was called to do a RAID 4 data recovery operation on our machine. When they returned it to us, they said the recovery was a 95% success and if our technicians did not defrag it they could have found 100% of the data. Well, our technicians learned a valuable lesson to call Secure Data Recovery Services next time and not try to fix it themselves! Thank you for a superb job.

Amazed. I let my oldest son use my computer which I never do. The next day I turned it on and could not access any of my Microsoft Outlook emails or files or anything. It was as though it was frozen in time from the night before. I tried everything I could for hours and gave up and shut it down. The thought of spending a lot of money I was not looking forward to. I called around and found Secure Data Recovery Services. They did a File / E-Mail Data Recovery on my computer tower. My pc was seriously infected with over 20 viruses and 2 Trojan viruses which Secure Data Recovery Services removed. They not only fixed it fast, I was thrilled it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! Thank you for all that you did for us on such short notice. Our backup tape got stuck in the drive and we only made the situation worse trying to get it out and ripped it and crinkled it more. We asked Secure Data Recovery Services to come over and see what they could do. They arrived and did what they call a Tape Data Recovery. They fixed the tape, the drive that was dirty and suggested a better system for us which we are going to buy. Their services are inexpensive for the quality that they provide and undeniable superb! I thank you for all that you did for us on such short notice.
