Visited Vetxpress for the first time today. Let's just say....I WILL BE BACK....the staff is very friendly and helpful and you can tell they really love what they do and have extreme affection for animals. The cost was acceptable, not outrageous like some other vets I've been to. Also, they dont try to "talk you into" getting a procedure done or make other purchases. They tell you what they think is necessary and let you make your decision without any pressure or guilt tactics. My husband and I have been looking for a new Vet for our "kids" and I can gladly say I think we have found it in Vetxpress. Thanks guys!!!!! :)

I have taken both my cats to vetXpress multiple times. Dr. Ereio and his staff are awesome. They all love animals and make you feel at home. I am traveling across the country with my cats, and they have been very helpful with finding the right medication and giving me advice to help keep them from experiencing anxiety. Their prices are reasonable, too. If I weren't moving, vetXpress would be my lifelong veterinary clinic.

vetXpress is an awesome place to take your pets to. They are all professional, genuine and just wonderfully nice people. These are the types of people you'd want around your human children as well as your animal children. They know me by voice and by my mother who loving takes my angel there. They've always taken great care of him and have given me needed advice on his special needs. We need to clone them and have more vetXpress' all over.

When my dobie's face blew up in just a couple hours time, I paniced. I had JUST found their ad in valpak and called to get him in. My dog isn't a fan of men, but he loved Dr. E!! He got down on my dogs level, checked him out and came up with a treatment plan I could afford.

Then just a week and a half later, my poor baby wasn't lifting his head. I called again and they got him in in an hour. Even though he wasn't feeling well, he STILL jumped up to the counter to greet the ladies behind the desk. Once again, Dr. Burchett got down on the floor to check him out and once again, an affordable treatment plan was made.

He is excited to go there, it's amazing! He has never felt so relaxed at a vets office. I can't say enough about the staff, they truely love animals and their people. There is NEVER any judgement about what you can afford for your pet, they just work with you to take care of them. I will be a customer for life!

One last thing... I'm very pregnant right now, and they walked my dog to my car AND lifted him in for me. Thanks Ladies!!!

I came all the way from Fredericksburg to see Dr. Burchett. She always takes her time with my dogs and I never feel rushed. My dogs feel very comfortable with her. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly!

Great Vet!!. They were great! The staff treated me like I was a good friend and they treated Ryker (my Husky puppy) the same! I called them 3 times in one day asking questions that I'm sure were very obvious, but they were so nice and never made me feel like I was bugging them. Their monthy payment plan is definitely worth it because I have had to get some unexpected things for Ryker and I have saved a lot of money already. I will be a customer as long as I have animals!!

Great Vet!. Dr E (or Dr O as I have mistakenly called him) has seen my dog for some 14 yrs and helped her through addison's. When she was going through some big health issues, Dr E looked through all the emergency vet files and gave me some opinions that helped me make some big decisions. Bella is doing great now and I would strongly recommend Dr E to anyone.

OUTSTANDING VET. First I would like to say Dr. Ereio's office staff is barnone th best i've ever seen in any vet office i've been to ever and as for the man himself he's just over the top caring and loving to all the animals that come through his doors and he's a wonderfull doctor.. I wish i was a animal i'd go see him..lol. If he was a people doctor he'd be who i'd want.. We have a cat that we recused from our backyard almost a year ago and now the once tiny sickly kitten is almost a yr old and fat and healthy and that's in part thanks to the wonderful care and attention Dr. Ereio's staff and the man himself gave to our little happy bunde of spoiled kitty. what's even better about this amazing vet is the care you get when you walk the door you know your in good hands they have a wonderfuly clean office you don't know your in a vet's office their's no smell and the best part is they all give your pet love and hugs and all the kisses they can handle. I highly recomond them to anyone looking for a place that you want to know your furry family member is well cared for.. so don't walk RUN to VET EXPRESS you wont be sorry you did.. :)

Professional, Affordable and Caring Vet. I've had lots of pets and seen lots of vets. Dr. Ereio and his staff are the best! He seemed very knowledgeable and upfront about cost and treatment. I didn't have to wait long at either appointment. It was super affordable which is great for someone like me with multiple pets who need frequent vet care. The price was great but I was more impressed to find a vet who actually listened to me and helped me find a viable solution instead of making me feel horrible for not consenting to very expensive treatments. The staff all seemed to genuinely love my dog. And she loved them too which is a big deal since she hated our previous clinic. I'll never dread going to the vet again.

Professional, Affordable and Caring Vet Service. I am in the Military so we move around and have been to several Veterinarians in various cities and have never found a Vet service as PROFESSIONAL or as CARING with prices as fair as they are at VETXPRESS in Colonial Heights, VA.
