BEWARE - BAD RETURN POLICY.
I want to first say that I almost always support local businesses first over larger corporations. However, my experience with the Plaid Raquet was extremely disappointing. I got my racquet restrung for $35 (which was a little expensive). I played with the new strings about four times before they broke again. Usually I can go an entire year without breaking strings. I took my racquet back in and they told me that they don't accept returns after two weeks. I tried to get hold of the owners, but they were "too busy" the two times I called. I called Dick's and they said that they accept returns up to 90 days. Reluctantly I ended up taking my business to the big boys. I would encourage you to do the same.
