Richmond's Skin Care Genious!. Shia has worked miracles on my very difficult adult acne prone skin. Not only has she helped with the acne issues, but she has helped reduce the visibility of the scars as a result of the acne and just overall transformed my skin.

Shia really takes the time to understand what works best for you instead of just following some cookie cutter regimen for each client.

BEST FACIAL IN TOWN. I have been looking for a good esthetician for years in Richmond. Someone who can analyse your skin and customize treatments for you and you alone. I have spent tons of money on people who "just go through the motions" and offer expensive products that do not work. FINALLY--I HAVE FOUND HER!!!!! After 6 months with Shia, I will never go to anyone else. My skin has always been fairly good, but now it actually does glow and I get compliments on my skin all the time. Her treatments and products really do work. Run, don't walk. It's worth it.

Best Brazilian wax + eyebrows!. I recently moved to Richmond, I miss my hair.wax.etc. people, and I am VERY VERY picky, and I will let anyone know if I am not satisfied - Shia TOTALLY delivers. LOVE her - the brazilian is flawless, brows are amazing. Professional, quick, thorough, and very economical - all in a pleasant, unique environment. Wherever you live, it's worth the drive to Glow Spa if you don't live near.

Really IS the BEST Brazillian around!. I've lived & traveled all over the country - & Glow Med Spa is HANDS-DOWN the best overall spa experience I've ever had. The atmosphere is incredibly warm & welcoming & serene. Shia is a gem!

Her Brazillian truly is the most painless I've had in 15 years of waxing.

Big plus: The Spa is located in a super-convenient, safe & clean neighborhood. If I ever leave this city Glow Med Spa will def make my list of places I will eternally miss!

Best Brazilian Ever. This place gave me the best Brazilian wax i have ever had in Richmond. Surprisingly it was the most affordable one i have ever had also. Its so long lasting too; mine lasted almost two months!! the staff was so nice and the place is just gorgeous! i never knew that little golden nugget was here until i did an extensive search online for waxings in the area. one of richmond's best kept secrets =)

Increadible customer serivice. Shia does fantastic job at making you look fantastic and gears the appointments to your individual needs. She is honest and open and very pleasant to work with! Patrick's massage therapy is amazing! He zones in on problem areas is always a professional! This place is truly great!

best brazilian in Richmond!. Shia has opened her own spa and it is wonderful. She is the best at what she does and has hired a professional staff to help her carry out her vision and mission to be the best, fastest, and most painless brazilian in the Richmond area. I would not go anywhere else. Glow med spa is the best.

I love Glow!!!. My experience at Glow Med Spa was a real treat. The spa itself has a very peaceful atmosphere and is beautifully decorated. I love the trees! The staff is friendly and efficient. I got a facial and eyebrow wax with Shia and she is absolutely awesome! My brows look perfectly groomed, with a nice shape, yet not too thin. The facial made my skin like new and I really enjoyed the neck and shoulder massage. Furthermore, Shia is very knowledgeable about the products and I feel like I learned a little something about how to better care for my skin. I can't wait to go back! I would absolutely recommend Glow Med Spa.

great new spa!. I got a 60 minute massage at Glow and rate it as one of the best massages I've had. Not only was the massage relaxing, it was therapeutic, too. When I went in, I had a pinched nerve in my back and could barely breathe. When I left, I could breathe and move without pain. I will definitely go back, but next time Im scheduling a 90 minute massage and a facial too!
