Have bought and sold items at Baggio since they opened up. Great place, nice people, good buys on truly designer items. Highly recommend them.

My favorite store!. My experiences at Baggio have always been positive. I find the staff to be both friendly and helpful. I've made many purchases at this store (designer shoes, purses, coats, sweaters, cocktail dresses, etc.) and have always been happy with the price and with the quality of my purchases. Despite the fact that this is a consignment shop, you'll find that many of the items for sale (including purses and shoes) have never been used.

I've only consigned a few items at Baggio but received prompt payment for those items that did sell.

I highly recommend this shop without hesitation!

It would only take one visit to Baggio to realize that the negative comments are totally untrue. Norma and her staff are the best!

Confused. I did vist this place and the negative comments are all true. I have no idea why there are any positive

comments at all. This place is the worst business I have shopped....sloppy, dirty and that Norma is a real

piece of work; however she did not faze met at all.

She tries to be intimidating but ladies just stand

up to her. For all of you that left your items there you should have a contract do you not...then take her

to small claims court unless you left items without

a contract which is underhand business. I will never

go back and if you are smart you will seek out the other fine consignment stores that do want the business. ......Wise up ladies.....

I would not recommend anyone to consign or shop here. I bought this dress that was very expensive only to bring it home and find a huge stain on it. I mentioned this to Norma, the owner, and she told me that I need to look harder at the clothes I buy, this is a thrift store after all! Geez... Also, I did not receive any money for the clothes and jewelry I consigned here. I spoke to the Norma who was very friendly at one point but was very disrespectful and unprofessional the day I spoke with her. She informed me that all of my items sold and that I would be getting a check but it never came. Called three times and never heard back. I thought this was a great idea to "recycle" my old clothes but it was the biggest mistake not to mention I lost all of my valuable things I will never get back! Live and Learn I guess. Do yourself a favor and don't shop or consign here, you will regret it. I do.

Absolutely wonderful. You cant read the negative reviews here, they are unfair and not true. Baggios and the staff are great, the store is beautiful and the clothes are magnificient. Consigning with them is a breeze and I have had nothing but great experiences with Norma and the staff. Go try them out, you will be very pleased!

AWESOME PLACE TO SHOP!!. Her staff is wonderful and her new store is beautiful. If you dont see what you want just ask her, I bet she has it in the back! Cant imagine shopping anywhere else!! Check out her new store!!

Treated Badly. You are supposed to get 50% of the price that sells. That never happened. I got NOTHING. Norma, the owner, was supposed to pay me for the things I left to consign but NEVER did. She said she sent me a check in the mail but it never came. I told her and she refused to pay me and the remaining things I left there she refused to return. She chained that its now her property and she can keep whatever is left in her store for herself. I left some $$$ things and will never get anything for them. A ran into a former employee at Baggio and I was told that this happens a LOT. The way Baggio stays in business is that she rarely pays any of her cosigners or pays them a very small amount to keep them from asking to many questions. The blond lady is so snubby and rude and Norma is down right vulgar and disrespectful.

If you don't care about receiving any money then bring your things here! If you are a size 0, 6 foot tall and look like a model and are super rich white west end women, they will LOVE you!

Please stay away from this place! You are treated so badly and you never get any money for what you consign here! You are really cheated badly here. A place like this should not be allowed to be in business!

A great gift for Richmond. Norma Santamaria has the contacts and client base to bring in wonderful, high quality clothing and accessories often not seen in the Richmond area. Items are usually gently used, but some are new from top designers. Norma and her sales staff are fashion savvy and helpful. Baggio has often been able to locate items for me that I could not find for myself. Their advice on how to combine clothes and accessories for a truly unique and finished image is not something I have encountered anywhere else.

I travel extensively and really don't shop anywhere else in Richmond for clothing, since the large cities I routinely visit offer as much and more than I can find in traditional fine fashion retail stores.

I am truly grateful that we have Baggio. You have to try it to appreciate what this store brings. I trust them to make me look good.
