WONDERFUL.. The previous reviewer has no idea what they're talking about. Sometimes you JUST cant please people, clearly, that's their problem. Being a customer of Escape Massage and a MEMBER, they provide me with a wonderful service. The staff/owners are wonderful and will assist you with anything. If the previous customer had actually spoke with the owner's, they would have been just as happy as i am. Escape Massage's pricing is amazing, you cant beat it! Again, the staff is wonderful! Give them a try!

Unhappy Customer. My boyfriend and I had set an appointment with the manager and when we arrived our reservation was "lost", and was not able to use our voucher since it was a holiday. We were not informed that the voucher could not be used on holidays upon purchasing nor while making the appointment. They charge an extra fee for a couple's room and another additional fee of $5 per half hour for deep tissue. Not worth paying for either. But aside from this I decided to give them another try. Big mistake. I booked our second round of appointments. This time they put me in the couple’s room alone and my boyfriend in a separate room. I asked our massage therapists if we could occupy the couple’s room and they could save the single room for another client if one were to walk in. They both said with the fee of $10 because they would have to turn on the towel warmer or whatever. What b.s!!! They didn’t even use the hot towels or stones on us. So we opted out of paying for the couple’s room even though I received my massage in that room and he was in another. So they not only lost my business but had to turn another client away b/c their rooms were full. If they had allowed us to be in the couple’s room that I was already in they could have made more money.
