Great Job. Rick, I would just like to take a few minutes to say what a wonderful crew you provided us with for the past couple of weeks here at J. Sargeant Reynolds. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew of men. Not only were they very professional and courteous, they were a bunch of very hard working men, who I feel you should be very proud to have working for you. They defiantly worked under conditions at times, any other group would have lost patience with. However they never once wavered in their commitment of doing a great job. Below is a list of the men who were assigned to this particular job, I hope you will join me and let them know what a wonderful job they did and we look forward to working with them again next week. Customer Service was great. Customer Service was great. The movers missed a few items in their hurry to move us, but came back to get them later. The small amount of damage to the property was repaired quickly. I'd use Kloke again, but maybe request a different crew.
