How unexpected! Good Thai food in Hopewell seems almost impossible, so we were pleasantly surprised to find this wonderful gem. Not only are the employees super efficient and insanely nice but the food was absolutely delicious. We had the drunken noodles & green curry. The portions were large, well worth the already inexpensive prices. If I hadn't been so stuffed, I may have licked my plate. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Thai iced tea and chicken satay .
I'm ready to return ASAP.

Sawat dee ka, koon sabai dee mai?
= "Hello, how are you?"
This restaurant is awesome, we've tried other Thai restaurants....but this one has the others beat.
The Singha beer is very smooth; it's a must try item.<if u like beer>.
The food is very authentic minus the real thai hot (ped ped) which u can ask for we believe. The food was spicy, but delicious, the portions balanced, but generous. The presentation was pleasing to our eyes.
Thai Village Restaurant was very clean, the service was excellent and we loved the fresh rose on every table. Very nice touch!!!! The ambiance was very pleasing; private window seating & other booths available.
Casual dress will do....we dined on a Tues. eve.
For 2: a decent meal incld. drinks & dessert can run you like $40.00. WELL WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!! We left a gracious tip that reflected our contentment.
Please check out The Thai Village Restaurant in the "Crossings" shopping center past Fort Lee & Oaklawn Bowling Ctr. in Hopewell, VA. You'll be glad you did.
We're sure to return,
