Flew into Richmond and needed 2 taxis to DC. Deb was early and waited quite a while for us. It was otherwise terrible. She couldn't use her GPS, and screamed a racial epithet out her window at another driver. She kicked us out of the taxi and made us wait in the parking lot while she bought a snack, and was very rude to the other driver who was clearly fearful of her. It was a tense and uncomfortable ride as she tried to make excuses for her behavior. I will not use her again.

I just wanted to thank you Deb for the excellent service you showed to me during my trip to Richmond. I got in early and you were there already waiting for me. It was nice not to have to wait. While in Va, I rode with a friend to a hospital in Richmond to visit a friend and she had trouble finding the hospital. I called Deb on a hunch and she helped and gave us directions and we found the hospital. Deb was professional and very knowledgeable.Thank you sooooooo Much Deb. I will call you again when im down in that area.

Thank you!. Thanks for making sure my daughter got back to school safe and sound! I even got a personal call from Deb herself telling me she was there. Great to have peace of mind when your children are traveling.

Deb made me look good!. My boss (who was in Richmond, VA) sent me (I am in Milwaukee, WI) a message stating that he needed a taxi to take him from his meeting to the airport in 45 minutes.

I looked online and saw Deb's taxi service and decided to call her. I was surprised when Deb herself answered. What a kind, friendly woman! She immediately went to get him herself and called me to confirm she'd dropped him off at the airport. If you are an Executive Assistant (or anyone really) looking for a reliable, friendly taxi driver, Deb's your woman!

Now if only she could have done something about my bosses' sudden flight cancellation causing him to have an unexpected 3 hour lay over... :)

Best Taxi Service in the Richmond Area. Fantastic Service! Reliable, Friendly, Courteous, Reasonable price. Deb called to confirm ahead of time and arrived early. The ride was clean, spacious. She knew a better route to get me to the train station and saved me money. The best taxi experience I have ever had. I will be referring her to my friends and colleagues for all business and personal travel.

Excellent service!. Deb was early both picking me up and dropping me off at the airport.

I was in Richmond to help my cousin move into her dorm at UR and Deb knew her way around campus and not only got us there on time but was kind enough to give us a mini tour of the downtown area on the way. She's very reliable, friendly, helpful and a genuinely kind person! I highly recommend Deb's taxi service!!

Great Serevice. Wanted to see the sights in Richmond and Deb gave me great advice and ideas for the short time I had to see the City. She was so knowledgeable and certainly knew her history.

She was on time both dropping me off and picking me up. She is very friendly and so easy to talk to and ask questions. I highly recomend her services.

Deb's Taxi Service. In visiting family in Virginia, I have used Deb's Taxi Service 4 times in the past few months to travel between the Richmond airport and Charlottesville. I was fortunate to find Deb on the internet and pleased that she could accommodate my needs. Deb is thoroughly professional, well-organized, reliable and personable. She may be the best taxi service you will ever find.

Consistantly THE BEST TAXI & driver!!. Deb is unique - she works hard at her business and goes OUT OF HER WAY to accomodate any REASONABLE passenger. She actually personally helped me solve a difficult problem as well as taking me all over town to run my errands - she's been in RIchmond a long time and can recommend trustworthy businesses and people WITHOUT ulterior motives! This woman REALLY cares about people in general and will go out of her way to help - beyond the call of duty !! I have used her services several times and now is always the FIRST cab service I call! Rates are fair & reasonable, service is always prompt... if she says she'll be there in 10 minutes, she MEANS it!! She'll even call if she's running late! I"ve lived in Boston, NYC, Philly, etc, and her service is the only one of it's kind... because of HER!! I always leave her cab with a big smile!! Thanks Deb, I mean every word I said!! And...
