Consistantly THE BEST TAXI & driver!!

Deb is unique - she works hard at her business and goes OUT OF HER WAY to accomodate any REASONABLE passenger. She actually personally helped me solve a difficult problem as well as taking me all over town to run my errands - she's been in RIchmond a long time and can recommend trustworthy businesses and people WITHOUT ulterior motives! This woman REALLY cares about people in general and will go out of her way to help - beyond the call of duty !! I have used her services several times and now is always the FIRST cab service I call! Rates are fair & reasonable, service is always prompt... if she says she'll be there in 10 minutes, she MEANS it!! She'll even call if she's running late! I"ve lived in Boston, NYC, Philly, etc, and her service is the only one of it's kind... because of HER!! I always leave her cab with a big smile!! Thanks Deb, I mean every word I said!! And... The good and bad of the cab service

The service was great. Taxi arrived very early so I had plenty of time to catch my flight. The only drawbacks are that the "college airport" coupon doesn't really save you much, as she will "overestimate" the original charge and then only take off half of the 15% which equals about a $4 tip. (Other services are 0.50 cheaper even without a coupon.) My return flight reservation was also not kept but she did call first to let me know.
- Pros: On Time, friendly
- Cons: Reservations are not always garanteed; coupon doesn't help

Taxi service you can depend on!!!!

I really appreciated the Taxi service, my brother was stranded on the hiway and Deb assisted him finding a auto store,mechanic and a hotel to stay overnight. She went over and beyond helping him. This is a company that cares about people and I would recommend you use their Taxi service. It is a first class company in my book. Thank you for looking out for my brother.
