Richline Windows and Siding

Richline Windows & Siding did such an excellent job of installing replacement windows for us a few years ago that we decided to purchase a new roof from them. They gave us a really good price and a high-quality product, and they also have a great crew that were out here within a few days to begin work. It took them about a day and a half, and we were completely pleased with our new roof and their performance. The roof looks great and we found Richline to be most accommodating and a great company to deal with. One thing that really impressed us with this company was their integrity. Not only do they offer quality products and prompt installation, but they were on the jobsite overseeing the work and staying in touch with us to make sure we were pleased.

Don't use this company if you want any kind of warranty. We had Richline install Polar Wall siding on our house 10 months ago. Price was reasonable with competition, and we thought that they'd stand behind their work. We were dead wrong. Several pieces of the siding has warped and was installed wrong. One light fixture was installed without the backing piece and they didn't attach it to the house, just attached the light to the siding. So of course now, its pulling away from the house. We've called and called and after a few phones call back, promising they'd fix the issues, they've now vanished from site. We've lodged a complaint with the BBB, hoping to at least have this repaired. Next step is with the manufacturer, since they're suppose to be an installer with this siding. Don't make the mistake we did. Stay clear of these guys. They're pushy, and they don't stand behind the work.....Don't make the mistake we did.......

Cheap product, pushy salesman, expensive price.

Cheap product, pushy salesman, expensive price. Richline came to our house to discuss vinyl siding options with us. After showing up the cheapest quality product on the market (we had met with other companies previously so we knew the comparables) they gave us the highest price of any company. Avoid business with these guys and get someone else, we did!

They our way to agressive and was far from a nice experience. We deiced to go witgh window depot usa. It was great work and at a great price
