I have had nothing but headaches working with this company. As stated in another review, this company took over collections from Clachan, and ever since its been a nightmare. I get random overdue notices for things that are over a year old and were already resolved back when clachan still took care of the billing, along with other misc fees. They NEVER have somebody to answer the phone, so you have to leave a message, and they NEVER call you back. I remember leaving at least 4 messages with no call back. After this year's lease is up I am seriously considering moving somewhere else just so I dont have to deal with these people.

I've had several issues with KRS since Clachan has switched to using them for billing. First, I got a late notice in the mail of some obscure maintenance charge owed that I was never informed of. I left messages on 3 separate days in one week and my calls were never returned. Then, on the Friday of that week, KRS people tried to barge into my apartment when I was half-naked. I yelled through the door "HOLD ON!" and they tried to come in anyway, while I had to hold the lock shut. Apparently they were doing a final inspection, even though no one notified me of it when I have a letter signed by KRS and Clachan that I want to be present during the inspection. When I called KRS about this issue, coincidentally the woman I'd been trying to reach all week answered, and was absolutely no help. I'm back to waiting for a call AGAIN. Stay far away from these rude, inconsiderate people.
