JD and his staff were very helpful and provided additional information than I requested. JD and the staff provided outstanding customer service and I definitely will recommend this store to other people interested in having a theater room. Service could not have been better, explanations could not have been more detailed. Nailed it.

TheaterXtreme of Richmond was referred to us by a friend who had a similarly incredible experience with them. We went into their showroom and we explained what we were looking for. They came out to our house and made a computer design of what it would look like in our home and they absolutely nailed it. It was exactly what we were looking for.

In the ordering of various parts, everything from the shipping to installment was so successful and the service could not have been better. Their explanations were detailed, we knew what we were getting, and they actually came in under-budget and under-time. We had looked at competitors before hand but would never consider a different company again after using TheaterXtreme.

Went in expecting professionals.... I went into this business expecting professional help and what I received was far from that! The very rude man that was sitting at the front counter was less than friendly. I later found out he is one of the owners. I guess he doesn't find it important to be polite to his customers. After showing interest in making a purchase I was shown around by another person who turned out to be a part owner of the business. He was friendly and helpful, but in the end turned out to be rude just like his business partner. I won't shop there and I would not tell anyone I know to trust them.
