Response to C THomas review

My name is Pam Owen and I am the owner of Mind Body Spirit Connection in Richmond, VA. I feel obligated to respond to the reveiw by C Thomas. Our staff is very friendly and helpful and it's hard for me to imagine anyone being ignored when they come in. Our prices are very competitive and definitely not overpriced. I cannot think of a time when a client has had to wait 15 minutes beyond their appointment time as we allow enough time between appointments to be on time for our clients. There are other massage therapy places in Richmond with Mind and Body in their name. We don't have any record of a C Thomas and I believe he reviewed the wrong business.

Best Massage in Richmond

I've lived in Richmond for 15 years and found Michelle at MBS a couple of years ago. She is the best deep tissue massage therapist in Richmond! I have tried many, many other therapists, but she takes the cake. The salon decor isn't my style (a little too country-ish), but once the lights go down and I close my eyes to get an amazing massage, it really doesn't matter. If you need a deep tissue massage go see Michelle!

terrible customer service

I travel for work and get to experience spa services around the country. The massage that I had here was just okay, definitely not worth the money. The atmosphere was interesting to say the least and the customer service was terrible! I was barely acknowledged when I walked in, I had to wait for 15 minutes past my appointment time and my massage was cut short. This place has a lot of "stuff" crammed into a small area. With so many other spas in Richmond, I will not be wasting my time by going back.
