My wife and I were in the mood of some good Italian food so we decided to check out Bertucci's. The rating on here said it was good so we thought we would try it out. The bread was the best part. Disgusting sausage soup: groud up, no chunks, no flavor, very dull and not fresh tasting. Our entres were basically noodles with about 4 different kinds of cheese on them. WAY to much cheese. That's all it was. Just a bunch of cheese. I can't believe this is what American's call Italian Food. The place was run by a bunch of teenage girls. Not recommended. Avoid.

Have been going here since they opened in Short Pump. Always great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, they no longer take reservation so get there early.
Pros: great food
Cons: no reservations taken any longer
